This property on the Hampshire coastline has undergone a major renovation.
We installed a 3 storey glazed Solarlux atrium to the front elevation and a combination of large picture glazing to the remainder of the house to make the most of those stunning views . The doors are Solarlux SL 60e Bi-Folds with a contemporary aluminium window to match.
Solarlux glass artiums are perfect for the UK weather. If it’s a windy or wet day, simply close the vertical elements for optimal protection. If the sun comes out, you can open up your glass house in a flash to enjoy the open air-filled space.
The client added a single story extension to the rear as well as a steel frame to the front to create the 3 storey glazed atrium. The original roof to the house was lifted and replaced, much of the original brickwork rendered and contemporary Cedar cladding added for the final touches.
What a transformation it is and who wouldn’t want that bathroom!
