Location: Sunningdale
The owners of this family home in Sunningdale have lived here for a number of years and decided to give it a makeover. They wanted to replace the existing Conservatory in Sunningdale which looked a little dated and was hardly used due to it being too hot in the Summer and far too cold in the Winter months.
They chose Halo Flush uPVC windows in Agate Grey (RAL 7038). This matches the windows on the main property which Thames Valley Windows replaced at the same time. You can see that project here.
A combination of self-cleaning glass and two roof vents help to ensure the Conservatory in Sunningdale maintains a comfortable temperature all year round.
The kitchen area was also extended out to make full use of the space, and a lean-to roof was added. This allows light to flood in to the new kitchen area.
The Conservatory wouldn’t have required building regs due to its size. Planning Approval was also not required due to the fact it was replacing an older Conservatory. You can read more about this in our blog ‘What Planning Permission Do I Need For A Conservatory?‘
What a stunning addition to this Sunningdale property.
