These black, ultra-slim, strikingly good-looking heritage aluminium windows are starting to get noticed again as the trend for narrow frames, and more light continues. Internal solid walls are being replaced with Industrial steel look walls to create a feeling of space and increase light whilst defining zones. Outside, these heritage aluminium windows are used to maximise light and create an industrial look.
Our Heritage aluminium windows and doors have been carefully designed to closely replicate the proportions and detail of an original steel frame. With a minimal 58mm outer frame and casement measurement, they have the slimmest proportions on the market.
These can be installed as a complete frame directly to the brickwork or set into new or existing timber sub-frames or stone mullions.
Heritage aluminium windows provide all the benefits of modern glazing with good thermal performance and security and significantly improved acoustic performance. Additional options for a flat aluminium glazing bar with an impressive ‘wrap over’ detail to replicate an art-deco Georgian look or traditional leaded light glazing are also available.
Our Heritage ranges are suitable for conservation areas and in listed buildings, subject to relevant approvals where necessary.
