JOB DESCRIPTION

Thames Valley Window Company are looking to grow their team of quality window designers.

The role would suit a self-starter who is keen to be their own boss. You must be hardworking, passionate and ambitious. Ideally, you would be experienced in the window industry with a sales track record but full training would be available for the right character and sales experience from any industry will be considered.

We have a very achievable commission and a quarterly bonus structure with an uncapped OTE allowing the right candidate to maximise their potential. You would receive a steady flow of quality leads within a 60-mile radius of Bracknell, Berkshire.

At your disposal, you would have an exceptional newly renovated showroom & website, extensive quality product range and a chance to work alongside a number of the most experienced and successful designers in the industry.

Dealerships include Halo, Evolution, Solarlux & Internorm as well as a number of other products to support a full and very diverse range of offerings. We have an enviable reputation for premium projects throughout the Home Counties working consistently and repeatedly with builders and architects across the region, as well as classic remove and replace jobs on existing homes.
