Overlooking the picturesque Summerleaze lake, this Maidenhead property underwent an extensive renovation when our clients decided to replace all the windows and doors and extend the property’s rear with a modern glass box extension.

This stunning glass box extension has been designed with Solarlux powder-coated aluminium, thermally broken and secure Cero sliding doors with 34mm sightlines.

The sliding doors achieve a u-value of achieves U values up to 1,35 W/m2K for enhanced thermal insulation.

Working with architects Orange Key and Cube Build Contractors, we created this striking garden studio with a bespoke glazing solution.

This is a large, contemporary garden studio designed with spacious open-plan living space that includes an art studio, games room, gym and bedroom.

The wide opening bi-fold doors open out onto a decking area to merge the indoor space with the outdoors within a beautiful landscape garden.

Loft Conversions
