Yesterday some of the team had a great day at the Fit Show 22 at NEC, exploring the latest developments, emerging trends, and innovations within the glazing industry.
Fit Show is a biennial event and the largest UK leading trade exhibition for fabricators, installers, and architects working within the window, door, systems, hardware & tools industry.
The exhibition was last held in 2019 so after three years it was brilliant to catch up with existing suppliers and create new business relations with global manufacturers all under one roof.
After a couple of challenging years of lockdown restrictions, it was an excellent opportunity and experience to freely walk around the 200 stands and get up close and personally speak face to face with specialists about the products they were showcasing.
With the opportunity to discuss the latest innovations they had been busily working on over the last couple of years from glass, glazing products and technologies.
It was a wonderful experience to see and touch the next-generation hardware and latest cutting edge glazing products within the home improvement industry.
Fantastic opportunity to speak with professionals that could answer all our questions about the latest innovations and trends.
Seeing working machinery and glazing robots demonstrations up close by glass lifting experts created a lot of buzz and excitement at the exhibition.
The show also offered inspiring seminars on the upcoming changes to Building Regulations, which will come into force from 15th June, covering Approved Documents F, L & O.
The seminars also provided excellent insight information to marketing and sales professionals to help business owners build their company brand to generate leads.
Smart technology, sustainability, modular construction and minimalist glazing are the growing trends within the glazing industry.
We finished a successful and enjoyable day at the Fit Show 2022 with a cocktail or two and a few tunes on the stand of the incredibly popular installation ERP/ CRM system company – Business Pilot.
