The detached property is on a sought-after residential road within the prestigious Leigh Place estate, walking distance from the vibrant Cobham’s High Street.

The architects chose Thames Valley Windows to work with the homeowners and builders. They designed and installed a bespoke architectural glazing solution to modernise their property into a luxurious family home.

Concept 8 Architects, a local practice based in Cobham that specialises in new builds and house renovations in the Southeast, designed the beautiful house renovation.

Working with the homeowners’ vision, their brief was to create a contemporary interior and improve the ground floor by integrating the indoor and outdoor areas to make them feel seamless, making the space perfect for entertaining This approach resulted in a living area that embraces nature and provides a striking ‘wow’ factor inside and out.

The floor-to-ceiling ultra-slim sliding doors are part of a complete architectural glazing solution we designed and installed for the 1930s-period house renovation.
