Thames Valley Window Company is a successful family business specialising in high-end glazing projects for residential and commercial customers. We work with homeowners, architects, project specialists, contractors, and builders, and our projects range in size from small renovations to large commercial developments.
We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic part-time Telesales Executive, to help manage our database of clients, assist our sales team in administering our active pipeline, and grow our commercial partnerships.
This role is office hours, hybrid, initially office-based with the option for remote work based on performance.
A fixed internet connection is required for remote work.

The Telesales Executive role is essential to our team and involves daily calls to our active customer database. You will work closely with our Sales & Design Team to ensure customer needs are met, projects are processed promptly, and our team’s workload is managed effectively.
You will also be responsible for updating and managing our CRM system, tracking customer interactions and sales leads, and being proficient with Excel, Word, and Outlook. It is important to gather customer feedback and share it with colleagues and management on a proactive daily basis.
In addition, you will be responsible for building new and stronger relationships with our existing architect and contractor database. You will maintain regular communications with them to ensure a consistent flow of new projects and opportunities. You must have a professional and confident phone presence, exceptional communication skills, and a positive attitude.
Although experience in B2B or B2C telesales is appreciated, having an outgoing and curious personality, a natural aptitude to influence and build relationships over the phone, and broader business and sales experience that is centred on the customer and achieving results is equally important.

• Experience using CRM software is preferred but optional, as training can be provided.
• Experience with Microsoft Office – Word / Excel / Outlook
• Experience interacting with consumers and businesses.
• Ability to manage own time effectively to achieve daily targets and deadlines and produce results.
• Live within commutable distance of Bracknell.
