It is a family-owned company founded in 1984 by two forward-thinking brothers, Paul and Mark Schofield, demonstrating our longevity and stability. Still, customers have been and always will be at the heart of everything we do.

Over the years, our commitment to customer satisfaction has become the cornerstone of our company. After Paul and Mark’s retirement, Paul’s son, Ryan, has continued to uphold that promise at the helm.

The Thames Valley Windows team is very stable. Our business is driven by a team of knowledgeable, experienced, and dedicated individuals. Twenty-seven employees have worked for the company for over ten years; the longest-serving member has been with the business for 33 years. This great depth of glazing industry knowledge and experience is almost impossible to replicate.

This reflects our employment philosophy and highlights the importance of our team in shaping Thames Valley Windows into the business it is today.

Paul Westcott, Purchasing Manager; Suzy Taylor, Installation manager; and two fitters, Steve Curtis, Paul Hawkins and Trevor Coombs, have over 150 years of glazing industry experience between them. They have worked together at Thames Valley Windows since 1991 and have built strong, longstanding customer relationships.

At the time, we were one of only 33 UK companies that had this window and door installation accreditation.
