Founded in 2004, the G Awards are considered the most prestigious event in the UK’s glazing industry. They have become the leading platform for rewarding excellence and celebrating with the best UK companies in the glass and glazing industry.

Everyone at Thames Valley Windows is thrilled to be a finalist for the Installer of the Year award. The G24 Awards celebrate excellence in the glazing industry, so we are delighted to have been named finalists. This nomination is a massive testament to the dedication and commitment our entire team puts in every day.

The G24 Awards, celebrated for their recognition of industry excellence and innovation within the UK’s glass and glazing industry, are a platform that acknowledges and awards outstanding contributions across the sector with a prestigious annual event held in London.

Thames Valley Windows was founded in 1984 by two forward-thinking brothers, Paul and Mark Schofield. With their passion and integrity, their vision was more than just selling windows and doors. It has always been about delivering excellence in every project, with the customer at the heart of every decision.

Both had a national window sales background, and their goal was to revolutionise the double-glazing industry by providing beautiful, bespoke, energy-efficient windows and doors with the best possible design, customer service, and value for every project undertaken.

Today, this is very much still the case. Our commitment to customer satisfaction and excellence is not just a promise but the foundation of our company. We are proud to continue this legacy, ensuring our clients the highest quality in every project.

In 2019, Paul and Mark Schofield retired and handed Paul’s son Ryan the reins.

Over four decades, Thames Valley Windows has evolved from a small double-glazing company to a leading architectural glazing company, with a second generation now at the helm.

This transformation is a testament to our adaptability, growth, and unwavering commitment to energy efficiency, cost savings, quality installation, customer satisfaction, innovation, health and safety, and sustainable development.

We remain committed to promoting sustainable practices and reducing our environmental impact in every project we undertake.

It has enabled us to work with a diverse clientele, including homeowners, architects, and property developers, with the same dedication and quality.

Our Finalist category, ‘Installer of The Year’, acknowledges the significance of trusted and dedicated Glazing companies within the industry.

The category is open to all UK glazing companies that have designed and installed various glazing projects, from residential renovations to large-scale commercial developments.

We’re incredibly proud to stand among this award’s ambitious and inspiring shortlisted finalists.
