We are delighted the aluminium bifold doors, and fixed windows we designed and installed into a London Victorian Terraced House Renovation have been featured in the latest 22/23 RIBA Residential Publication.
The latest publication showcases the best residential renovation and refurbishment projects by some of the most talented UK architects, contractors and Interior designers.
Peter Lancaric, over at PLANSTUDIO Architects, submitted the project to be considered by RIBA for inclusion in the 22/23 journal.
The project involved the renovation of a Victorian terraced house situated in a conservation area in Tower Hamlets, London. The renovation included a two-storey side return extension.
Our involvement in this project was in association with the main contractors, FGB Contractors and the homeowners.
FGB Contractiors is based in London and specialises in residential new builds, home extensions, renovations and loft conversions, creating homes
Thames Valley Windows were responsible for designing and installing the high-end, bespoke Solarlux Ecoline bifold doors and slim frame fixed-shaped window to the rear minimalistic and modern open plan kitchen extension to create a light and bright living space.
The homeowners chose the contemporary anthracite grey finish for the Solarlux Ecoline bi-folding doors to blend with the iconic London yellow stock brickwork and add a distinctive and modern style aesthetic to the new extension.
This annual e-book is the official publication of the Royal Institute of British Architects and has been published since 1834.
We are proud to be recognised within the 22/23 RIBA directory and to showcase our work to the Royal Institute of British Architects members.
