Our expert team of installers worked seamlessly together last week at a contemporary remodel and extension to a detached house in Cobham.
They were the first to experience the new Terra Trek™ Glass Cart, which transported the EdGLIDE frame and glass panels up to 160kg from the company van to the installation area on site. Our specialist on-site installations teams did excellent work.
We purchased the Terra Trek™ Glass Cart from Omni Cubed Europe. With its 340kg capacity, it has replaced our glass dolly wheels. It is a helpful piece of equipment that reduces our risk on-site by keeping manual handling to a minimum, reducing worker strain, and increasing efficiency on-site.
The Terra Trek™ Glass Cart transforms how glass materials are handled and is perfect for the large panes of glass we often install in varying ground conditions. This glass trolley, which holds 340 kg, enables us to manoeuvre glass across uneven surfaces, up and down ramps/stairs, and uneven surfaces.
Our designer, Paul Davidson, has collaborated with Concept 8 to design a contemporary architectural glazing solution, and we are confident this project will be a complete transformation.
