Thames Valley Windows believes building team spirit is essential. So, our Designers took a well-deserved break from selling windows and doors yesterday.
They had an afternoon of go-karting at Team Sport Karting in Reading, which may have become competitive, but it was great fun for the team!
They finished the evening with a meal at The Buenasado Argentine Steakhouse in Reading, a reward for their consistent hard work and dedication over the last 12 months.
The afternoon was a blast. The team had a fantastic time and managed to navigate the track without any major incidents (just about).
Winners and losers, everyone had lots of fun, and it was great for the team to spend some time together away from the office!
Ensuring the Thames Valley Window designers socialise outside work positively impacts morale, teamwork, and well-being, benefiting the team and our company culture.
