Following the requests from our customers, and daily updates that many of our British manufactures have taken the decision to introduce a safe phased return to manufacturing following government guidelines.
We are pleased to announce that from Friday 1st May we will be reopening of our double glazing Bracknell showroom on a one to one appointment basis only to new clients, our valued customers, architects and property developers.
Our Bracknell showroom will still remain closed for the general public, to visit and will only open for a pre-booked and confirmed one to one appointment with a designer.
Please be assured we’re also following the government guidelines on social distance rules and preventative measures.
We want to offer every assurance that the health and wellbeing of our customers and employees is always our top priority.
Detailed below is information on the extensive safety procedures we have implemented in the showroom to ensure the safety of both our staff and customers at an appointment.
One to one appointment with a designer
We will not shake hands
Single-use gloves will be available for customers and staff
Limit on the number of customers at an appointment
Two metres distancing to be observed at all times
To reduce contamination risk only customer to touch the products
Hand sanitiser dispensers have been placed all around the showroom
Clean downs of the showroom including handles and surfaces will be conducted before and after each appointment with anti-bacterial wipes and disinfectant cleaner.
Further to this, we are also offering virtual assistance service appointments via FaceTime, Zoom and Skype to assist with quotes and design, as well as virtual showroom visits.
