JUNIOR SALES DESIGNER, BRACKNELL, BERKSHIRE

Thames Valley Window Company is a successful family business with a turnover of c.£9 million. We specialise in standard domestic and high-end glazing projects, both residential and commercial, partnering continuously with multiple architects, project specialists, contractors, and builders.

We are now looking for a Junior Sales Designer to join our sales team, working with our existing clients and focussing on developing new long-term opportunities.

Our premium partners include Halo, Evolution, Solarlux, and Internorm, as well as several other products to support a full range of offerings.

JOB DESCRIPTION

This role will see you work with our domestic customers and look to develop relationships with architects and builders. You will be expected to offer design solutions that meet expectations and deliver within budget for our clients. You will also work to develop new relationships to build on our existing customer base.

You would have an exceptional newly renovated showroom and website, an extensive quality product range, and a chance to work alongside some of the industry’s most experienced and successful designers.

The role would suit someone with some previous experience in sales. You will be hardworking, passionate and ambitious.

Requirements
• Previous sales experience is ideal, preferably within the double-glowing industry, but other fields will be considered.
• We Would consider recent graduates with some experience in temporary sales roles.
• Live within commutable distance of Bracknell.
• Ideally experience in Aluminium, Timber, Internorm and/or Solarlux, or similar products, Origin, Schuco, Velfac, Rationel.

WE ARE OFFERING

• Competitive Salary – £17-20k Basic dependant on experience + OTE £40-45k (uncapped).
• Uncapped Commission Only option available as an alternative.

Location – Bracknell HQ, covering the whole of South East (own vehicle & car licence essential)
