The property was built in 1986 and is nestled within outstanding beauty on the highly prestigious Cliddesden Court development.
The Basingstoke homeowners have sympathetically and carefully renovated and extended their family home into a contemporary property whilst keeping with the heritage assets of the Tudor style property.
As part of this home renovation project, we provided a state of the art glazing solution of energy performance Evolution timber look windows, Solarlux Bifold doors and aluminium fixed windows throughout the house.
The homeowner’s design brief for their home renovation project was to create rooms filled with natural light and create open living spaces that blend the inside with the outside within their Basingstoke property.

Our designer Joe worked closely with the architects and homeowners to provide a personal service helping with product advice to ensure all requirements, specifications, performance, was upheld to their budget.
All three phases of the glazing were scheduled to suit the renovation project, with installations coordinated with the other trades to ensure that the property was sealed and weatherproof.
In addition to installing this stunning Pirnar aluminium front door, we also designed and installed a range of high-performance Evolution timber look windows, Gable end window for loft conversion, Solarlux aluminium bifold doors and powder-coated aluminium fixed windows.
The final phase of our installation was the anthracite grey and jet black Pirnar aluminium front door and matching frame that provides a minimalist look and a strong contrast to the exterior and is the finishing touch to this renovation project.
The eye-catching sail style glazing within the door and the two side panels are sandblasted with four etched horizontal lines that coordinate with the groove design in the aluminium front door.
The dual metallic tones in the front door look beautiful and make a bold statement and inviting entrance to their renovated family home.
The stylish insulated triple glazed sidelights allow plenty of natural light to enter the hallway whilst offering exceptional thermal performance and acoustic insulation with a U value of 0.99 W/m2K.
