Location: Sandhurst
The owners of this property wanted to extend their kitchen and fill in a wasted corner at the rear of their property in Sandhurst. Their architect designed an Orangery however, as the installation progressed, it became clear that the design was not the best fit for the property from an aesthetics point of view.
We worked with our client to redesign the fascia, stretching it across the property and cladding it in aluminium (DB703). Our drawings also showed the brickwork with Pearl coloured K-Rend rendering and cedar cladding to replace the tile hanging. We further enhanced the look of the property by adding Evolution flush casement timber alternative windows in anthracite grey and Solarlux bifold doors which matched the aluminium clad fascia beautifully. To help our client visualise this, we produced architectural drawings which can be seen in the gallery above.
We also installed a composite front door in Anthracite Grey (RAL 7016). This looks fantastic against the render and blends in perfectly with the window frames.
Our client loved the redesign. The ‘before’ photo shows just what a transformation has taken place!
