Location: Lymington
The gorgeous property above is in Lymington in the New Forest and is owned by a property developer. The client contacted us as they were looking to fit high quality windows that required the bare minimum amount of maintenance but had the look and feel of the original timber flush casement windows the property had previously.
After some thought, the client settled on the Residence 9 flush casement wood effect windows, as they were the only alternative to natural timber that could provide the homeowner with a weather bar on the exterior.
The windows were finished with Georgian bars and as they were bay windows, they had traditional posts and traditional cast iron window furniture. This really made them stand out, without detracting the overall aesthetic value of the property.
Really, the Residence 9 flush casement windows were the perfect choice and it would take an absolute genius in the field to spot that these timber-alternative composites were not constructed from natural wood.
Look at the gallery above to see for yourself just how good they look.
