Location: Henley-on-Thames
The owners of this property in Henley on Thames wanted to replace their old single glazed timber windows as they were becoming time consuming and expensive to maintain. The paint was beginning to peel and they looked tatty. Our client was keen to keep the flush casements and colour combination of the original windows and were delighted to discover the R9 timber alternative window system.
The new windows look identical to the originals and include traditional monkey tail handles. The windows have the added benefit of being double glazed meaning their home is now warmer, quieter, more secure and and the windows require zero maintenance to keep them looking their best.
The addition of a new front door has really helped to give this home a new lease of life and instant curb appeal.
We’ve included a ‘before’ picture in our gallery above. The new timber alternative windows look much smarter with their smooth, clean lines, and will continue to look this good for many years to come.
