Although it was certainly not “money no object”, we were mainly concerned with quality that would match the surrounding properties and would look like wood rather than plastic. The property is in a conservation area and everything had to finish up matching the original windows and doors which were in a sorry state.

We were really impressed by the care taken by George at the showroom to ensure we understood all the options and got exactly what we wanted. The fitting went very smoothly. They came when they said they would and worked hard. They pointed out a cracked window as delivered and some minor blemishes in the wood effect that were so small we had not noticed them. These were all promptly rectified.
