Solarlux SL 80 Triple Glazed Bi-Fold Doors, Tilt and Turn Windows and French Doors, Steyning

This impressive new-build property in Steyning had Solarlux triple glazed SL 80 bi-fold doors, windows and French doors installed.

Our client chose an oak frame from Sussex Oak Structures Ltd and went to Germany to visit the showroom where the frames are produced. While they were there, they also visited the Solarlux Head Office and factory where all Solarlux products are manufactured, and were impressed with the quality and superb insulation values. They made the decision to have Solarlux products in their new home. Solarlux recommended the client dealt with Thames Valley Windows on the design and specification of such a large project.

We installed three sets of 4-panel Solarlux SL 80 Bifolding Doors in the living room and one set in the dining room, plus one set of 3-panel bi-fold doors in the master bedroom. We also installed all windows, French doors and a single door. All have matching SL80 frames, finished in a bespoke metallic light green colour (DB603) which looks absolutely beautiful against the oak.

Fixed glazing was also installed directly in to the oak frames by a glass company that Thames Valley Windows recommended.

The oak, weathered slightly since it was first erected a couple of years ago, blends perfectly with the frames, giving the property a true country feel. The beautiful landscaped gardens that surround the house add to the overall wow factor!
