Our builder opened up the existing rear wall on this property in Woking so that a more contemporary glazed structure could be installed, with Solarlux SL 60e Bi-Folding Doors. Working with our architect and a structural engineer, we were able to provide structural and SAP calculations required by the local authority to carry out the work with the relevant permissions. This has completely transformed the kitchen area and along with extensive patio work, has given our clients the space, light and the feeling of bringing the outside in, that they were looking for.
