Our client set out to transform the look of their 1970s detached property in Maidenhead both inside and outside.

The list included replacing the existing conservatory and windows, relocating the garage, replacing the cladding and integrating a porch with cloakroom. They wanted to re-model the internal space making it a more open-plan living and dining space, and achieve a contemporary look. Having visited the Thames Valley Windows showroom and spending time with one of our designers, we were able to provide numerous images showing the various design options available. This really helped the client to envisage the final look and make the decision on what to choose.

Our client chose a Solarlux Wintergarden (also referred to as a glass conservatory or glass extension) and Evolution Storm 2 Timber Alternative Windows in Maidenhead in Anthracite Grey (RAL 7016) on the outside, with a white wood finish on the inside. Trickle vents were replaced with a Low Energy Positive Input Ventilation System.

Thames Valley Windows worked alongside the clients own builder to carry out the work required to the front porch and garage.
