Soffits offer an additional level of protection to the structure of your roof space as well as giving your roof an attractive and unified appearance that will look its best in all weather conditions.

A range of plain and vented soffits available as flat boards or cladding boards. A 300mm fluted soffit board is also available. A series of joints and ventilation strips complete the range.

New soffits are fitted with out the need for unsightly grids, slots or vent holes as our over fascia vent system satisfies the Building Regulation requirement for ventilating the roof space.

Plain

GeePee plain soffit boards are 9mm thick. They also have a variety of uses as cover boards and lining boards. A 300mm fluted soffit board is also available.

Vented

Polo 9mm ventilated soffit boards comply with UK Building Regulations for new build and replacement applications and provide the equivalent of a 10mm or 25mm air path as required.

Our uPVC range come in array of sizes which can be installed to many properties and buildings, from the smallest cottage with a small overhang soffit of just 100 millimetres to the width of a shopping mall of some three metre width of soffits.

Our advanced uPVC soffit boards disperse heat across the soffits so that there is no chance of bowing or bending out of shape. With a choice of flat or tongue and grooved styles with features such as Georgian dentil blocks, we are confident Thames Valley Windows has the right product for you.
