Livin Room Orangery with Double Glazing Windows, French Door and Roof Lantern, Ascot

Our client hose a stunning Livin Room Orangery with a Roof Lantern in Ascot, architecturally designed and installed by Thames Valley Windows.

Originally the owners approached us for a construction where they could spend time all year around. After a comprehensive consultation with our senior designer, the owners decided to improve their home with this wonderful Orangery in Ascot. We also installed a set of French Doors and 2 fixed casements opening to the garden.

We contracted a builder to undertake the extension and our team of installers fitted the roof lantern and french doors, making this Orangery a truly wonderful additional to any family home.

The glass roof with electric vents is toughened self-cleaning glass, perfect for roofs where the rain simply washes any dirt away. The double glazed windows and French Doors are Antique Rustique in smooth white uPVC with flush casement. They are finished with satin lever handles and hardwood cills on the exterior. The roof lantern is finished in white to match the window and door frames.

A Livin Room Orangery has the look of an Orangery but does not have a flat roof meaning that it is quicker to build and more competitively priced. Poly-pipe water under floor heating was installed at this property in Ascot to ensure that the large open plan space stayed warm through the colder months and our clients were pleased that they agreed to have this done, thinking that the underfloor heating would be insufficient for the size of the room – it’s warm as toast, and the room is light, airy and welcoming!
