Our client in Arborfield Cross wanted to replace their front door with a new, composite door in a contemporary grey color. Together with our designer, an Apeer 70 composite door was chosen in the popular anthracite grey. The glass in the door panels and side windows is obscured for privacy and toughened triple glazed for security and thermal protection. The door furniture; knocker and thumb turn lock with finger pull, are all chrome silver.
An Apeer 70 composite door is 70mm thick with a double rebate which adds additional draught protection for greater insulation.
uPVC in-line sliding doors were also installed in the living room at the rear of the property, with chrome handle. Sliding doors give greater views of the garden and let more light in to the room than a standard back door.
We also installed uPVC double glazed windows throughout the property.
